Our model reviews your CCTV footage and codes it to NASSCO's common defect codes. Then NASSCO-certified technicians go through and QA everything, so what lands in your system is clean, consistent, and ready to trust.
If a human can spot a defect, so can PipeAid. It identifies structural, O&M, I/I, taps, and abandoned inspections with 88% accuracy. And if something stumps the AI like, say, a raccoon that's taken up residence, it gets flagged for our NASSCO-certified technicians, so you still get 100% accurately coded data.
Yes! PipeAid integrates natively with Esri ArcGIS, the system of record most of our customers already use for their digital twin. We don't just export data and hope it fits; our team uses ArcGIS Pro geoprocessing tools to build a full geodatabase of your sewer conditions, with defect images stored right in the geodatabase and inspection videos in the cloud, linked to every observation and pipe segment.The result: a digital twin that lives natively in ArcGIS Pro and across your ArcGIS environments. No new platform to learn, no data silos to manage.
