PipeAid Webinar Series
Keep up with the latest trends in sewer inspections. Each session tackles a new topic, from smarter coding to digital twin insights, giving you practical tips and a front-row seat to how to map the secrets beneath your feet.
Nothing live right now, but the next one's coming
Our webinars run throughout the year, each tackling a new angle on smarter sewer inspections, from PACP coding to digital twins. Drop your email and you'll be first to know when we announce the next session.
Put PACP on the Map: O&M Program Management
June 16, 2026
12pm EST
This three-part webinar series shows how a PipeAid Digital Twin with GEO-enabled PACP data moves inspection results out of static reports and onto a map. No new software required.
Session 3: O&M Program Management
In this session, we’ll focus on using GEO-enabled PACP data to manage and refine O&M programs. By mapping O&M defects and observations, utilities can quickly identify recurring problem areas, evaluate whether cleaning cycles are effective, determine whether in-house or contractor services are needed, and prioritize maintenance where it actually makes a difference.
You’ll see how spatially reviewing O&M data supports better crew planning, more efficient maintenance schedules, and earlier identification of pipes that may need more than routine cleaning.

Put PACP on the Map: I/I Review
April 21, 2026
12pm EST
This three-part webinar series shows how a PipeAid Digital Twin with GEO-enabled PACP data moves inspection results out of static reports and onto a map. No new software required.
Session 2: I/I Review
This session focuses on how GEO-enabled PACP data supports I/I analysis by revealing spatial patterns of infiltration and inflow across a system. By mapping PACP observations tied to I/I, utilities can better identify contributing areas, distinguish I/I pathways and root causes from symptoms, evaluate capacity concerns, and target rehabilitation where it will have the greatest impact.
You’ll see how mapped inspection data helps support smarter I/I reduction strategies, align inspections with system performance, and strengthen conversations around growth, capacity, cost, and compliance.

Put PACP on the Map: Structural Review
February 17, 2026
12pm EST
This three-part webinar series shows how a PipeAid Digital Twin with GEO-enabled PACP data moves inspection results out of static reports and onto a map. No new software required.
Session 1: Structural Review
Learn how mapping structural grades and defects helps visualize pipe condition, severity, and failure risk across your system. We’ll show how GEO-enabled PACP data makes it easier to identify high-risk corridors, understand deterioration trends, and prioritize when pipes need attention, not just which ones.
If you’ve ever thought, “We have the data… now what?", this series is for you.

How AI is Changing the Sewer Game
November 18, 2025
This session explored how artificial intelligence is transforming sewer inspections—making coding faster, more consistent, and easier to use for planning. PipeAid CEO Andrew Stauffer walked through real-world examples of AI-powered inspection coding, GIS integration, and digital twins, while answering common questions around pricing, NASSCO standards, camera compatibility, and field efficiency. The focus: turning inspection data into decision-ready insights without changing existing workflows or adding new software.
